Reason banned: I was banned for reaching the 10th warning, and I believe two of which were unfair. I was warned three times in two minutes. Two of them were for disrespect, one where I told the admin "fuck you" and I think is fair, and the other in-character "fuck you", which isn't fair since I'm a gang leader, I'm disrespectful to cops and I can be since that is what I roleplay as. I was also warned for failrp, while I was getting ammo to do training for a Marksmen trainee, a S.W.A.T came in and aimed a gun at me, which I believe isn't fair. I need to get ammo, in which I need to pull my gun out, it's not fair that I get warned for something that I am required to do. I was told to put my gun down and did and tried to talk to the officer but they didn't listen. The staff member never bringed me to a sit, or gave me any verbal warnings. I believe this is unfair.

You have been very disrespectful to the staff in the past and you can't seem to learn your lesson. You always are rude in ooc and when in a sit you just start saying rude things to us before we even talk. I'd like to know how it's not fair to ban someone who is disrespectful every time he encounters staff. You have been banned before for these said reasons and I believe it's fair. Last time you were banned you requested the same thing but did you look back to even see what you did? When you got banned by me you said in discord "yeah I deserve it." But when you came back it's like you still didn't care and that the ban meant nothing and you didn't take time to reflect on it. I think you need to stay banned for longer until you change the way you treat people. Plus you also have 10 warns. That means you have had 10 warning before bans. Tell me is 10 warns not enough to say "hey, Maybe I am not going about this right" or maybe think that after 5 warns you must be doing something wrong? You have been fairly punished each time and we have been way too nice with you. I think before you come back you need to return the favor and be polite when playing on this server.

I have to agree with Noah with this because the day you have gotten banned you were very disrespectful to me and my co-staff and I'm very disappointed of your
